1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using JustForYou.com ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, vendors, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

JustForYou.com is an online marketplace platform that:

  • Connects buyers with vendors in Rwanda
  • Facilitates the sale and purchase of products
  • Provides news and content aggregation services
  • Offers vendor subscription services for selling on the platform
  • Enables secure payment processing through third-party providers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

  • Customer Account: For browsing and purchasing products
  • Vendor Account: For selling products (requires subscription)
  • Admin Account: For platform management (by authorization only)

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Vendor Terms

4.1 Vendor Subscriptions

Vendors must maintain an active subscription to sell on the Platform:

  • Free Trial: 14-day trial period for new vendors
  • Subscription Plans: Starter, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans available
  • Payment: Monthly subscription fees must be paid in advance
  • Expiration: Unpaid subscriptions result in shop deactivation

4.2 Product Listings

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Only sell legal products in compliance with Rwanda law
  • Honor all sales and deliver products as described
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Maintain adequate inventory for listed products

4.3 Prohibited Items

Vendors may NOT sell:

  • Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods
  • Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
  • Drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products (without proper licensing)
  • Adult content or services
  • Items that infringe on intellectual property rights

4.4 Commission and Fees

We charge a commission on each sale based on your subscription plan (3-5%). Commission rates are clearly stated in your subscription agreement. Additional fees may apply for payment processing.

5. Buyer Terms

5.1 Purchases

By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping and payment information
  • Pay the full purchase price including any applicable fees
  • Communicate directly with vendors regarding orders
  • Accept that we are a marketplace platform, not the seller

5.2 Payment

We accept payments through MTN Mobile Money and other authorized payment providers. All payments are processed securely. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5.3 Disputes

Disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or other issues should first be resolved directly with the vendor. If unresolved, you may contact our support team for assistance.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Spam or send unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Engage in price manipulation or fraudulent transactions

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (product listings, reviews, comments). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

7.2 Platform Content

All Platform content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by JustForYou.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.3 News Content

News articles aggregated on our Platform are property of their respective sources. We provide attribution and links to original sources. If you are a content owner and wish to remove your content, please contact us.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
  • We are not responsible for vendor product quality, delivery, or customer service
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not liable for third-party payment processor issues
  • News content is aggregated from third-party sources and may not be accurate

You use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTWEFORYOU.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100,000 RWF, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustForYou.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Your product listings or transactions (for vendors)

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Rwanda.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
